Our upcoming wild food foraging events are designed to foster collaboration, spark inspiration, and create delicious memories.In this fun and engaging workshop, we will go out with Fergus in Hackney Marshes and identify different seasonal wild plants and herbs, and learn how best to work with them.

As we gather plants relevant to delicious Nepalese Momo's. We will each gather a unique combination. We will then, with Fergus’ guidance, be able to customise our dishes with a range of herbs even some fungi perhaps.
